Auxiliary and Business Services (ABS) provides Human Resource (HR) services, including payroll processing, for each of the four campus auxiliaries: (ABS, Associated Students Inc. (ASI), University Student Union (USU), and the Foundation. HR policies and guidelines comply with State of California law and California State University auxiliary guidelines. The State legislature and the California State University (CSU) Trustees require CSU auxiliaries to provide salaries and benefits to auxiliary employees that are comparable to State employees.
