Welcome to the new College of the Arts at California State University, Stanislaus. The College of the Arts was formed in 2006 and is built on a foundation of progressive pre-professional and liberal arts programs in the study of Music, Theatre and the Visual Arts that have thrived at CSU Stanislaus for decades. Our curricular programming is delivered by a world-class faculty — balancing professional experience in their respective practices along with access that is provided to our outstanding students. The College of the Arts’ focus on excellence across disciplines provides the region and the state with superior and fulfilling visual and performing arts degree programs. The gifted and talented faculty and staff who comprise the departments of Music, Theatre and Visual Arts are experienced on an international level, bringing their collective backgrounds and global reach to the classroom, studio and stage. The College of the Arts is comprised of exceptional artists and dedicated teachers who understand the interrelationship of the arts and its relevance to our greater society.
