Cesar Chavez Celebration draws people to University Jose Padilla, California Rural Legal Assistance Director, delivers the keynote address at the 13th Annual CSU Stanislaus Cesar Chavez Celebration on April 3 in the Event Center. Young dancers  from "Balet Folkorico" demonstrate their skills during the evening program that is a traditional birthday salute to the ideals of the late farm labor leader Cesar Chavez who died in 1993. The event is sponsored by the University Union, Associated Students, and the Cesar Chavez Celebration Planning Board composed of students and staff.
