CSU Stanislaus is hosting the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) site team visit this week of October as part of the campus self-study reaccreditation efforts for the Capacity and Preparatory Review phase of the program.
The University’s four areas of self-identified focus for the site team emphasize:
- student learning and diversity
- support for learning
- teaching and learning

The schedule began with a visit to the Stockton Center on September 30, and the WASC site team members are on the Turlock campus through Friday, October 3. After the site visit, the University moves into the Educational Effectiveness Review phase to focus on how well student learning is being facilitated.
