| We offer assistance in securing veteran benefits, resolving transition problems, explaining procedures, obtaining tutoring services, and handling educational related financial problems. Information and referral services are provided for a wide range of other veteran-related needs. |

| California Veterans and their dependents should contact their County Department of Veterans Affairs for exact information regarding Cal-Vet benefits, application procedures, or other related services. Basic eligibility is attained if the Veteran has a service connected disability rated by the Veterans Administration at zero (0) percent or higher. |
