Go to
www.Edfund.org
and click on red “EdTest” icon. When prompted for test type, choose “Entrance” then “Perkins Loan”
Complete the
Perkins Loan Questionnaire.pdf
and turn it in to the
Financial Aid Office

Complete the Perkins Loan Master Promissory Note at
"My CSUSTAN"
