Work-Study funds will be initially available for June only. Please use the following procedures if you wish to continue your currently employed position:
- Summer Application.pdf Required
- Enrollment in a minimum of three units in Session A of summer term is required.
- A maximum of 20 hours a week.
- A Summer Federal Work-Study Authorization form is Required.
If you would like to continue for the rest of summer term, the following will apply:
You have already been awarded work-study for 2008-09. If this has not yet occurred, a completed 2008-09 Financial Aid application is required by July 1, 2008.
- Work-Study earnings for July and August will be deducted from your 2008-09 work-study award.
CAUTION
THE WORK-STUDY ALLOCATION YOU RECEIVE FOR 2008-09 IS FOR A NINE-MONTH PERIOD (SEPTEMBER TO MAY) IF YOU DECIDE TO BEGIN EMPLOYMENT EARLY; YOUR ALLOCATION COULD BE DEPLETED AS EARLY AS FEBRUARY. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ADDITIONAL FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME. |
