The BrioWeb Server has been upgraded.  You will be asked to select your preferences and to install the new BrioWeb plug-in the first time you log in.  Windows PC users follow the instructions below.  The preferred browser is Internet Explorer.   Macintosh users follow the instructions in the Brio Mac Instructions Document located at http://web.csustan.edu/oit/Publications.  If you should need further assistance please contact the OIT Help Desk at ext. 3687 or Chris Santos at ext. 6511.

The first time you select the NEW LOGON button you will be asked to select your preferences.  It is recommended that the default preferences be used.  To select default preferences click OK.

Select the NEW LOGON button once more.  Login using your BrioWeb username and password.

The Installation Wizard window (see below) will appear - it may take some time - be patient please.  Select BEGIN

It is important that you do not close the Installation Wizard window at this time.

A Security Warning screen will appear - select YES.

BrioWeb will now begin to install the new plug-in on your machine.  When the installation has completed the following information window will appear - click OK.

The message on the Brio Installation Wizard window will now change to Brio Installation Successful.  When you have received this message click FINISH.  

**  Click FINISH only after you have acknowledged the Information window by clicking OK.

You may now use BrioWeb.

When your report listing appears select the folder for the appropriate type of report by clicking on the name of the folder (Financial Reports,  Student Reports, etc....).
