Strategic planning at CSU Stanislaus is a formal consideration of processes in order to lead to greater organizational effectiveness, better allocation of resources, improvement in setting priorities, and achievement of university goals and objectives.  Strategic planning takes into consideration the following questions, "What do we do?", "For whom do we do it?", and "How do we excel?".
