Instructions
  1. Save the file to your desktop
  2. Open the saved file off your desktop
  3. Insert your department name, phone#, and fax# in the appropriate fields (some fields may require double-clicking to be editable)
  4. Go to "file” - “save as" or click the “save as” button (if applicable in your version of Word)
  5. In the field “Save as type” click and select "document template"
  6. Name file as desired
  7. Click "save"
  8. Delete original document from desktop (very important)
  9. When opening a new file, select “new from template” and choose your file

To DOWNLOAD
click on the document title of the desired Guideline, Letter or Memo for the appropriate computer platform, PC or Mac.
