What is the
Résumé Referral Program?
The Résumé Referral Program is a résumé matching system that will help you get your job search underway and directly links you with employers. The Career Services Center matches the resumes of students enrolled in the Résumé Referral Program with incoming, full-time, professional-level positions based on criteria you select on the online MonsterTRAK Profile form. By doing so, we enhance your job search and provide a very rapid response time for employers.

Who may participate?
The Résumé Referral Program is open to California State University, Stanislaus seniors (students who will graduate by June). We also provide this service to recent alumni (alumni within six months of their graduation date).

How does the Program work?
In order to participate, you must have your resume reviewed and the Program Authorization form signed off by the Director. Complete any recommended changes to your resume, and your MonsterTRAK profile from the Career Services Center.
It’s that easy!

Once you are registered.
Once you are registered for the Résumé Referral Program, we will begin to match your resume with incoming job opportunities.
When employers call or FAX us job opportunities, we then match Résumé Referral Program participants’ resumes to specific position requirements. We fax or email copies of matches resumes directly to the employer.
