Student Assistant Job Posting Form.pdf

This form is used to list a job. After completing, send it to the Student Employment Service in the Career Services Center via campus mail, or Fax to 664-7127. This form is also available through the Career Services Center at 667-3661.

Instructional Student Assistant Referral/Hiring Form
(SES Form 105-R11)
This form is completed by the hiring area for students hired under Unit 11 as an Instructional Student Assistant (ISA). This form is available in the Career Services Center, MSR-245 only.

Student Assistant Hiring Form.pdf
(SES Form 105-REHIRE)
This form is completed by the hiring area for students who meet the conditions for rehiring which are: (1) The job has not changed from the original posting (last academic year), including the number of openings. (2) The student being hired must have worked during the previous academic year and not have had any breaks in employment since being hired in the last academic year (3) The hiring area has verified student enrollment status by I.D. card. Students enrolled in Extended Education courses only do not qualify for student employment. If these conditions are met, Form 105-REHIRE is to be completed and delivered to the Career Services Center to verify that the job was posted the past academic year. Form 105-REHIRE is available on the Student Employment Services page of the Career Services Center website, or in the Career Services Center. Note: Students hired under Unit 11 may not be rehired using this form. Steps 1 – 7 of the Student Employment Services Student Assistant Employment Checklist are to be followed.
