The
Career Services Center is proud to offer a variety of recruiting options to graduating seniors.
During the academic year, we provide students who will graduate by August with several opportunities to connect with employers who are seeking to recruit for full-time, professional-level opportunities with their organizations.
Our annual spring Career Fair attracts an impressive number of employers each year to our campus to meet students in an informal setting on the Quad. School districts may choose to participate in the day session and/or the evening session to provide an opportunity for those students who are student teaching during the day to meet employers.
The Career Services Center hosts three receptions where employers and alumni gather to meet with students. This is a great way to meet the employers who will be recruiting, make new contacts, network, and obtain valuable information by talking to professionals in the field. Business attire is required to attend. Our networking events are:
Accounting Night (fall semester) Accounting and Finance students are encouraged to attend.
Criminal Justice and Civil Service Networking Expo (fall semester) Criminal Justice students are encouraged to attend.
Human and Health Sciences Expo (spring semester) Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Liberal Studies, Child Development, and Nursing majors are encouraged to attend.
