What is required to book a venue?
|
| A signed contract and a reservation/damage deposit is required. |

How late can my event end?
|
| Indoor venues must end at 12pm. Outdoor venues must end by 10pm. |

Can I just take my photos on campus?
|
| Yes. Photos are allowed at any unreserved site. Photo reservations can be made, on an available basis, 10 days before your event date. The fee to reserve a site for photos only is $150 per hour. |

Do you offer chair covers or custom linens?
|
| Yes. We work with several vendors to provide any specialty linens that you may want. Fees vary. |

|
Can I upgrade my tables and chairs?
|
| Yes. Please ask about options and pricing for upgraded or specialty equipment. |

| Do you offer chocolate fountains? |
| Yes. We can provide chocolate fountains, champagne or punch fountains and ice sculptures. |

| Is shuttle service available for events? |
| Yes. The cost is $50 per hour, per cart, with a 3-hour minimum. Cart availability is limited and is booked on a first-come, first served basis. |

| Do you offer planning services? |
| Yes. We offer a ceremony planning package which includes 1-hour of preparation, 1-hour for rehearsal and 1-hour the day of the wedding for only $150. Please inquire about additional services. |

| Do you provide decorations? |
| Yes. We can provide floral centerpieces for your reception. Fees vary. |
