The Office of Student Leadership and Development houses three full-time staff members: The Director, the Student Leadership and Greek Life Program Advisor, and the Administrative Assistant. In addition there are three Student Assistant positions which are: a Front Office Assistant, an Equipment Specialtist, and a Graduate Assistant.

- Manages Office of Student Leadership and Development and Student Activities Center, including supervision of professional and student staff
- Coordinates Student Life policy reviews
- Coordinates co-curricular education programs (Alcohol and Other Drugs, etc.)
- Coordinates / serves as liaison for special events: Village Welcome Week, Campus Welcome Week and Homecoming
- Coordinates Celebrations of Diversity budgets and funding process
- Handles student organization complaints and discipline
- Coordinates Student Leadership and Development marketing and publicity

- Coordinates and implements drug and alcohol education programming including: Late Night Stanislaus, Alcohol Awareness Month, education speakers, and other activities
- Provides on-going advising and support to student organizations, coordinates chartering and training of student organization members, officers and advisors
- Assists Director in developing policies to ensure that program goals are met
- Provides guidence and advises Student Program Coordinators concerning campus entertainment, cultural events, and special events
- Coordinates use of quad including: reservations, activities, use of equipment, etc.
- Provides presentations and activities for New Student Orentation, Student Leadership Program, The EDGE Leadership Conference and other programs
- Serves as Editor of the Student Organization Handbook

- Coordinates Student Leadership Program including: planning and implementation of the SLP Summer Institute, assists teaching the MDIS 2500 Leadership Development Course
- Serves as liason to Greek organizations and Greek Council. Coordinates the planning and implementation of Greek Week, Panhellenic recruitment and related activities
- Trains, coordinates and implements the Peer Leadership Trainer Program and The EDGE Leadership Conference.
- Provides presentations and activities for New Student Orentation, Student Leadership Program, and other programs

- Maintains Student Activities master calendar
- Coordinates Quad Reservations
- Provides general student organization information and referrals
- Assists with special event coordination: Village Welcome Week, Campus Welcome Week, Homecoming, Warrior Day, Warriors' Welcome Back Concert, Student Academic Awards, Student Leadership Awards
